Western Tanager

  
CABINS:
All cabins have full kitchens equipped with basic utensils, pots, pans, dishes, microwave and coffee maker. Linens, towels and bottled drinking water are all provided.

Cabins 1, 3 and 4 - Sleep up to six with portable E-Z bed: $98/night double occupancy ($12 per additional person per night). One level, with full kitchen, full bath, one queen bedroom with full size bed in living room. Propane forced air heat in cabin 1. Propane fireplace stoves in Cabins 3 and 4. Covered porches with views of the valley.

Cabin 2 - Sleeps up to twelve: $135 per night for 4 persons or less ($12 per additional person per night). Two story log structure with full kitchen, full bath, living and dining areas on the lower level. Six full size beds in the partially divided upper level. Newly remodeled bathroom. Propane fireplace heat. Open porch with view of the mountain.

Cabin 6 - Sleeps up to four: $81 per night double occupancy. ($12 per additional person per night). One level, full kitchen, ¾ bath, full bed and new queen hide-a-bed couch. Propane wall heater. Small covered porch with beautiful view of the valley and the river. Closest cabin to fishing.

Uncle Bill’s Cabin - Sleeps two: $71 per night double occupancy. ($12 per additional person per night). One level, full kitchen, ¾ bath, full bed. Propane wall heater. Small covered porch. Nestled in the trees.

Meeting/Conference Building as Lodging:
Sleeps up to six: $125/night for 3 persons or less. ($12 per additional person per night) One level, large open room, full kitchen, bathroom in adjacent shower house. Propane fireplace heat. Vaulted open beam ceiling. Beautiful view of the valley. Roomy and spacious.


RV Sites: $32/night. Two sites with water, 110V, 30 amp electrical service and sewer are nestled in the trees with minimal views of the valley. Two other sites with water, 110V, 30 amp electrical service, and sewer command an outstanding view of the valley.

Tent Sites: $22/night. Riverside, lakeside or wooded sites available. Portable charcoal grills, water, shower house and bathrooms included.

Meeting/Conference Building as Meeting Space: $135/day. Seats up to fifty participants. Full kitchen, Bathroom in adjacent shower house. Propane fireplace heat. Vaulted open beam ceiling. Beautiful view of the valley.

Reservations and Deposits: For reservations, call (970)-731 5746 or (970)- 946-4810 or use the Email Us tab above. To hold your cabin, RV or tent site for you, a 50% deposit by check or VISA/MASTERCARD is required within one week of the date your reservation is made. The balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation policy:

For cancellations made four weeks or more prior to your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 20% of your deposit will be charged.

For cancellations made within two to four weeks prior to your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 40% of your deposit will be charged

No Refunds of your deposit will be made for cancellations made within two weeks of your arrival date.

Deposits may be left in place for future stays within one year of your original reservation date.

If you leave prior to the end of your reservation, no refund will be made. That time frame is held exclusively for you and the probability of a drive in replacement is nil.


Pet Policy
All pets must be declared. No cats, please. For dogs, $10 per pet will be charged if they enter the cabins. If they stay outside or in your car, there is no charge. Dogs must be quiet, leashed, tethered and attended at all times. Around the cabins, all pet droppings must be picked up.

Check In/Out Times
Check in is 3:00 pm. Check out is 10:00 am unless prior arrangements are made. Please notify us in advance if you will be arriving later than 6:00 pm.

HUNTING at POMA RANCH
Hunting season is always a busy time at the ranch, so inquire early about rates and availability. Your lodging fee includes hunting rights on the ranch and in the adjacent National Forest at points not easily accessible to the general public.
